Report an expired or incorrect deal

Retail prices and stock can change quickly.

A deal may have changed since it was published if:

  • the price has increased
  • the product has sold out
  • a voucher is no longer accepted
  • an on-page coupon has disappeared
  • the promotion has ended
  • the retailer has changed the eligible product variation
  • delivery charges have changed
  • the link leads to the wrong item

To report a problem, please include:

  • the Deal Robin page URL
  • the product name
  • the retailer
  • the issue you found
  • the price currently shown by the retailer
  • a screenshot, where useful

Providing the page URL is important because products with similar names can otherwise be difficult to identify.

Problems with an order

Deal Robin does not sell or dispatch products.

We cannot access retailer accounts, order information, delivery tracking or payment records.
